Morning, all. Has everyone sufficiently recovered from 4th of July? After a glorious week on vacation I am now back at home. I miss my family though it is nice to sleep in my own bed again. I finally saw World War Z last week (and really liked it), got a sunburn on the backs of my legs and also had my debit card number stolen. So yeah, interesting week. Sorry for the TMI. Let's get on to the books.
This week there were a few e-book deals that I just could not resist. I feel like the Kindle daily deals have been pretty lame lately but their monthly sale yielded some good stuff and I found a series I have been wanting to read for free as well.
Pivot Point by Kasie West - This is only $1.99 on Amazon this month. Can't beat that price.
The Cavendish Home for Boys and Girls by Claire Legrand - This has been on on my wish list for a while now and it went on super sale for Kindle. 'Nuff said.
Burn Bright, Angel Arias, Shine Light by Marianne de Pierre - I talked about this series on Friday's Stacked post. Love the covers and was totally surprised to see that the whole series is free for Kindle right now. You can bet I downloaded them all.
Love Irresistibly by Julie James - I am not usually a huge contemporary reader but I really like James's FBI series. I've already read this one and it may be my favorite of the series.
Thanks for hanging out and I hope you all have a good Sunday. :)
