In My Mailbox (24): Drool Worthy

In My Mailbox is a weekly meme hosted by Kristi at The Story Siren. It gives book bloggers the chance to share what they’ve bought/borrowed/received! A very low book week for me. That's good, though, as I am still catching up on my library and owned books.

Bought

Taking A Shot (Play By Play #3) by Jaci Burton - I am a fan of this series. I mean, look at this cover! Unfortunately I bought the ebook because I couldn't wait so I didn't actually get this gorgeous cover. I will probably end up buying the paperback at some point. Just heard that Burton will be writing more books in this series so I have more man candy covers to look forward to.

Borrowed

Soulless & Changeless by Gail Carriger - I know, I know. Why haven't I read this series yet? I am not sure why. The covers are awesome and so is the premise. I hope to start this series soon.

What I was most excited about getting this week though wasn't a book, though it was book related. It was the China Glaze Hunger Games nail polish collection. I ordered the whole set online last week and it came on Friday. I spent Sat morning trying on all of the colors. You guys probably don't know it but I am a huge nail polish geek and was so excited about this collection. Keep an eye out on our YA site, Read Now Sleep Later, next week. I'll be posting swatches of all of the colors and then we're going to have a giveaway where you can win some nail polish.

Aren't they pretty? I can't wait to share them with you. So what's in your mailbox this week?

  1. I ordered the HG nail set too. Love the colors! Which ones are your favorites?
The Parasol Protectorate series is really fun. I'm two books behind though so I need to catch up!
    Enjoy your new reads :)

  3. I was very into nail polish for a while but now I don't really have that much time - I'm not patient enough to let my nails dry really! I hope you enjoy reading all of your new books! Thanks for stopping by my IMM this week! =]

  5. OMG I love nail polish! I'm big on funky colors, and tend to gravitate towards purple lately, but that grey one looks pretty cool! Can't wait to see the swatches!

And rest assured that you aren't the only one who hasn't read Souless, as I've had that on my wishlist for ages. Looks so good, and how can I resist with her name being Alexia? *L*

    Enjoy!
